The Role
As a ServiceNow Product Manager, you will own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end, driving its evolution to support critical IT and business services across MAG.
You will define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring the platform enables automation, efficiency, and seamless service experiences for colleagues and operational teams. Working across IT, People, Finance, and operations, you’ll translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.
