Role Overview

Provides administrative support to the site team ensuring smooth project operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain site documentation and filing systems.
  • Manage attendance records and timesheets.
  • Coordinate site logistics and office supplies.
  • Assist with report preparation and data entry.
  • Support HR and procurement processes.
  • Maintain document control registers and transmittals.
  • Track delivery notes, invoices, and material receipts.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
  • Manage onboarding documentation for site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures.
  • Add/remove personnel from the site time clock
  • Maintain a contact list for site - DG and trade partners
  • Carry out GRNs based on information back from the construction team
  • Raise all order requisitions for the construction team to DG purchasing
  • Control all documents from the IPS procore to the DG procore


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in construction site administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
