Site Manager

We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplined medium-sized company based in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is a proud family run business who deliver a variety of projects including one-off projects to multi-million-pound frameworks.

This position is based in Kent, with a salary circa £55,000 (depending on experience) + a car allowance.

The ideal candidate must have SMST and precious experience working on Retrofit projects.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project delivery
• Coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors across the site
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges
• Maintaining strict adherence to HSE regulations and best practices
• Identifying and manage project risks, variations, and commercial impacts

Experience required:

• SMST
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Ability to lead large high performing multiple disciplined teams to ensure high standards
• Communication and relationship management
• Strong attention to detail
