Site Manager (Envelope)

What You’ll Do

• Take responsibility for the management and delivery of the building envelope package, including façade, SFS, brickwork, roofing and external works
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure efficient delivery of works
• Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings and technical requirements
• Manage quality inspections and ensure all works meet required standards and tolerances
• Coordinate with design and commercial teams to resolve technical queries and manage changes
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental standards are maintained on site
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation
• Support the wider site team to ensure overall project success
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Package Manager delivering building envelope works on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding, roofing and external envelope packages
• Experience working on high-rise residential or similar complex projects
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and quality control
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work fronts

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice

Proficient in Microsoft Office
