Would you enjoy helping NHS staff develop their skills, ? Would you enjoy helping to develop training events and conferences?
If so then we have an opportunity for you. Working as part of a small team assisting in the planning and administration of programmes and projects across all NHS organisations in the Yorkshire & Humber area in order to provide NHS Finance, Procurement and Digital staff with the opportunity to develop, both personally and technically.
The role of the Skills Development Assistant will be a varied role offering the post holder a diverse workload.
To assist in the planning and administration of programmes and projects across all NHS organisations in the Yorkshire & Humber area in order to implement the Skills Development strategy for Finance, Procurement and Digital. The post holder will help to increase the capacity and capability of the finance, procurement and digital functions, and create a culture of staff development and continuous life-long learning.
The Skills Development Assistant will be required to deliver an efficient and competent level of administration, promoting good customer service and effective working relationships. The post holder will assist with various tasks ranging from booking meetings and venues for events, to creating marketing materials to promote the Skills Development Network.
