- Welcome patients to the clinic with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Efficiently book patients into appointments and arrange further appointments as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and the smooth running of clinics.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent approach across the Trust, following defined processes and timelines for carrying out your duties.
- Support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clinicians, and support staff to optimize patient experiences and clinic operations.
