Job Title: Social Content Lead

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
We’re hiring a Social Content Lead to join a D2C Viral Consumer Brand. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll lead and scale their in-house content team, develop bold and creative campaigns, and manage marketers to push content across social channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
This role is ideal for someone from a D2C background, with experience in growing social accounts, managing a team, and turning views into measurable business results. You’ll shape content strategy, drive virality-first campaigns, and own performance across the owned marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and guide the creative vision across all in-house social content types and formats
- Build and maintain the operational systems for content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience growing social channels in a D2C viral environment
- Experience managing and scaling a team, including hiring and mentoring
- Commercially minded with the ability to convert views into measurable results
- Resourceful, proactive, and strategic with attention to detail
