Role Overview
The Social Media Intern role provides hands-on experience supporting the execution of Susanne Kaufmann’s social media, content and community initiatives.
Working closely with the Social Media and Content Manager and the wider Marketing team, the intern will support content production, experimentation cycles, community engagement and creator coordination. The role offers exposure to how content performance, audience engagement and creator collaborations contribute to brand growth and ecommerce performance.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital culture and premium beauty brands who wants to develop practical experience within a fast-moving marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Content production support
- Assist in preparing and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.
Content creation assistance
- Support the creation and editing of short-form video and visual social content.
- Assist during brand shoots, events and retail activations to capture social media content.
- Contribute ideas for reactive, educational or trend-driven content.
Community engagement support
- Help monitor interactions, comments and messages across social media channels.
- Assist in identifying engaged followers, brand advocates and user-generated content opportunities.
- Support community engagement initiatives and participation formats.
Creator and affiliate coordination
- Assist with creator outreach preparation, gifting coordination and content tracking.
- Maintain creator and affiliate trackers and collaboration calendars.
- Support the operational follow-up of creator partnerships.
Performance tracking and insights
- Assist in compiling basic social media performance data and engagement insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and platform developments.
- Support the identification of opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
Marketing coordination
- Support general marketing coordination tasks when required.
- Assist with event preparation and social media coverage planning.
- Help track campaign actions and content deliverables.
