What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded, and creatively driven
Manager, Emerging Markets – Social Media to support the growth and evolution of our social media presence across emerging and distributor-led markets. This role will play a critical part in transitioning markets from distributor-led social activity to a more centralised, scalable, and best-in-class social model, while continuing to support and elevate existing distributor partnerships.
You will act as a key point of connection between central teams, local markets, distributors, agencies, and brand stakeholders - ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent execution across regions. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, alongside strong social and influencer expertise.
- Emerging Market Set-Up & Transition Support: Support the setup and onboarding of new emerging markets as they transition from distributor-led social activity to centrally supported models. Provide guidance, frameworks, and best practices to ensure smooth transitions and consistent brand representation across platforms.
