    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead organic-first social strategy for flagship social impact and sustainability clients
    • Act as senior client partner, building trusted, long-term relationships
    • Oversee content strategy, editorial planning, copy and publishing
    • Lead community management, social listening and reputation/crisis programmes
    • Collaborate with creatives, strategists and policy experts on social-first ideas
    • Integrate paid social intelligently with specialist media teams (approx. 20% of role)
    • Track performance, cultural trends and behavioural insight to optimise impact
    • Mentor and develop senior and mid-level social talent

  • Background in sustainability, health, public sector or social impact communications is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of paid social fundamentals and integrated comms
  • A confident, collaborative leader with outstanding client presence
  • Good community management and experience of using Sprinklr is desirable.

  • Package:

    • £65k-£70k
    • Hybrid and flexible working
    • Excellent benefits and long-term progression
    • The chance to work on some of the most important communications programmes in the UK

    Diversity & Inclusion:

This consultancy is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion and actively welcomes applications from under-represented groups. They value culture add, not culture fit, and believe diverse perspectives drive better social impact.
