What you will do:

  • Take charge of a diverse and complex caseload, delivering top-tier social care in adherence to required standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyses to inform impactful decision-making.
  • Work within our Safeguarding Team to develop and implement effective safety plans for children and families.
  • Collaborate with a variety of partners, including schools, healthcare providers, and local authorities, to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of services and operational practices.

    You are a qualified social worker who has completed their ASYE and have a dynamic approach to tackling challenges. With current Social Work England registration, you bring commitment and expertise to the table, ready to pioneer best practices for children's and families' welfare. Your confidence in analysis and decision-making propels your work in providing purposeful, effective care. You possess a strong ambition to enhance your social work proficiency and play a significant role in the Children’s Trust improvement journey.
