As the Team Leader, you won’t just write exceptional code, you’ll shape our technical direction, mentor talented developers, and collaborate across teams to build products that scale effortlessly and perform reliably. Your insights will influence architecture decisions and help us expand the reach and capabilities of our platform.

In this role you will:
- Write high-quality code and conduct peer to peer code reviews.
- Contribute to and follow coding standards, architectural guidelines and structure.
- Collaborate with your manager and peers to help define how we build software, scale our systems, and evolve our engineering culture.
To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have demonstrable competence in the majority of the following technologies:
Essential:
- Team Leadership: Ability to be able to lead a development team, supporting goal and growth expectations.
Desirable:
- Experience working with teams in building and maintaining web applications using React and/or JavaScript.
- Experience in the FinTech or expense management industry.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of event drive narchitecture and messaging queues.
