Key Responsibilities
- Client-side project delivery, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and define User Requirements, User Journeys, and User Experience.
- Specify technical requirements and specifications.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate day‑to‑day delivery across multiple workstreams.
Beneficial Skills
- Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering ICT projects, including the development of plans, risk assessment, estimation of cost and resource requirements and agreement of these plans both internally and externally
- Experience and knowledge of radio-based communications technologies such as GSM, TETRA, 3G, 4G, 5G, Private-5G, Wi-Fi calling.
- Good understanding of Mission Critical Communications (MCx)
- Understanding of data networking, critical national infrastructure, and security.
- Consulting and/or client-side pre-sales experience.
- Understanding of data networking, critical national infrastructure, and security.
Core Skills
- Good understanding of the technical solutions used in Emergency Service control rooms, such as ICCS, mobile data and the Airwave network
- Knowledge of the Command & Control, Communications and mobilising systems operated by the 3ES
