Overview:
The Solutions Architect (Applications and Integration) designs and assures application and integration solutions that support the organisation’s digital and business transformation. The role ensures platforms, services, and integration approaches align with organisational goals and the wider Enterprise Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
•Design end-to-end application and integration solutions
•Lead integration modernisation from legacy to Azure native
•Align solutions with Dynamics and other enterprise apps
•Create integration standards and patterns
•Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience required:
•Extensive experience delivering application and integration architecture in complex enterprises.
•Strong knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and modular monolith designs.
•Proven delivery of API, messaging, event-driven, and platform-based integrations.
•Experience integrating SaaS with enterprise systems.
•Solid understanding of security, identity, and access management.
•Background in Agile and DevOps, including CI/CD and automated testing.
•Able to combine strategic direction with hands-on solution design.
•Strong stakeholder communication and supplier collaboration skills.
•Experience producing architecture artefacts and supporting governance.
•Leadership and mentoring across digital and technology teams.
