Solution Architect – Transformation | Hybrid | Global Organisation
We’re supporting a global insurer as they embark on a major transformation of their core insurance platforms. They’re looking for a Solution Architect to design end‑to‑end solutions across underwriting, policy, claims, billing, digital, data and integration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead solution design for complex insurance and digital initiatives
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance & operations teams
- Define integration patterns, data flows and architecture standards
- Drive modernisation, cloud adoption, API‑led design and automation
- Guide delivery teams and ensure alignment to target architecture
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years in solution/IT architecture roles
- Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, integration, microservices or data architectures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to simplify complex technical concepts
This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in their central London office
