Solution Architect
We're partnered with a retail brand looking for a talented Solution Architect to shape solutions across customer acquisition, retention, content marketing and data analytics. This individual will work closely with the product, data and engineering teams to design scalable architectures, drive technical governance, and support innovation across the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve solution architecture aligned to business strategy
• Design robust, secure, end‑to‑end solutions across software, integrations and cloud
• Collaborate with product teams and third‑party partners
• Champion architecture standards, patterns and governance
• Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities
Skills Required:
• Strong background in eCommerce, CRM, CDP or marketing tech
• Experience with microservices, customer data models and agile delivery
• Broad technical expertise (AWS, .NET/C#, SQL/NoSQL, Python)
• Knowledge of event‑driven design and cloud-native patterns
• Retail experience and Shopify exposure is a plus
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per in the London office.
