About The Role


  • Our Solution Architects play a key role in supporting programme and project delivery. Our current portfolio of IT delivery work spans our CRM, CPQ, ITSM, PSA, MI/BI, enterprise billing, core monitoring and management platforms and digital transformation.
  • You will create a solution-oriented architecture for both the current and future states, along with the development of roadmaps that outline the necessary steps for transitioning to the future state architecture in accordance with the solution design.
  • In addition to serving as the technical authority for essential business platforms and integrations, you will ensure that there is a clear alignment with strategic business priorities, objectives, and outcomes.
  • The Solution Architects assist in the implementation and integration of third-party Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, as well as solutions hosted on private and public clouds.
  • The role will conduct architectural and design reviews for projects, and will present various solution options for approval to the Design Authority.
  • The primary purpose is to support sales target attainment of new business and renewals; this is achieved by understanding the technical landscape of the client enabling the team to propose multi-product, technically viable solutions that address business needs, pains or issues.
  • There is a requirement to establish and maintain senior technical level contacts within these client accounts and take personal pride in maintaining a high level of awareness of technology trends and advancements

  • Role Requirements


    • Proven experience in overseeing successful project delivery within a large organisation, serving in the capacity of either a technical architect or a solution architect.
  • Extensive experience in architecture, focusing on solution design and systems integration.
  • Evaluation of architecture and the delineation of business applications, as well as the design and migration of infrastructure within intricate environments.
  • A profound comprehension of architectural principles pertaining to business applications, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, which encompasses the assurance of regulatory, legislative, and industry standards.
  • Awareness of security and compliance issues across applications, platforms, and cloud environments.
