As a Solutions Director, you'll report to the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer (EMEA) and the Chief Solutions Officer (Group), the Solutions Director (EMEA) is responsible for the origination, design and development of consultative, strategically compelling and commercially viable solutions for both new and existing clients across the EMEA region.
This role sits at the heart of growth, client engagement, and solution credibility—bridging client needs, market opportunity, and the Group’s delivery capabilities.
Acting as a senior consultative partner to clients/prospects and internal stakeholders / functions, the Solutions Director (EMEA) will play a pivotal role in advancing client and prospect relationships, shaping business cases, and ensuring designed solutions are robust, differentiated, and deliverable at scale. Conversion of opportunity is and will remain the barometer for success. This role therefore requires the ability to understand our business (people, process, products), our clients’ objectives and challenges, whilst being able to design and articulate well thought out solutions which can be executed across our clients/prospects and our organisation.
Experience working in growth functions within marketing or outsourced environments is critical. The Solutions Director (EMEA), should be well versed in the art of content creation. An understanding of the production marketing sales cycle is advantageous including disciplines such as shopper marketing, data science and technology deployment. These will form core tenets of each and every dolution design.
