You will be part of AMRT Repair Development team to standardise and develop processes for the global repair network to deliver quality and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new manufacturing and repair process technology to assist component teams in implementing repair strategies or fulfilling factory NPI requirements.
- This role will focus more on developing automation and robotics process.
- Create a validation plan for repair materials/process technology in conjunction with New Repair Introduction engineers.
- Ensure the successful transfer of development processes and validate repair service centers' qualifications and certifications for their repair procedures.
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments.
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Provide continuous improvement support and seek opportunities to enhance processes across the repair network.
- Utilize lean-manufacturing values for daily work and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs, and increase capacity
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while embracing and driving positive change inside and outside the organization when appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Welding, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic experience with CAD software.
- Basic experience with computing.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of lean methodology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 10% of the time, as required.
