Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 Physiotherapist to work at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The post is a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract to work across the Care of the Elderly wards at Wansbeck General Hospital.
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the seven-day working and Bank Holiday rota for inpatient services.
The successful candidate will also be required to contribute to the emergency on-call respiratory service at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care hospital.

The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills with both the multidisciplinary team and peers. There must be evidence of continued professional development demonstrating experience to support applications.
Applicants will be expected to participate in our 7-day working rota. It is noted that in the future some posts may not be traditional Monday to Friday as we embrace full 7 day working.
It is an essential requirement of the role that the post holder has a valid driving licence and is either a car owner and able to use the car for work purposes or has a Trust personal lease vehicle which may be used for the role. However, the Trust would consider making reasonable adjustments to the role, if necessary, to enable a disabled person to u
