Staff Nurse - Ward 21

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic registered Staff Nurse to support the peripatetic team. In this role you will be required to confidently support the wider team while demonstrating strong clinical skills and adaptability . You will focus on engaging with colleagues, adapting and being flexible to the complex nature of Ward 21, where nursing standards continue to improve. The ideal candidate will be an experienced band 5 nurse with experience in an acute setting .If you are a strong, caring and compassionate individual who works well under pressure and committed to deliver quality care ,we encourage you to apply

This role includes long days, nights and weekends.

• The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
• Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward/department area are maintained.
• Ensure that all Trust, Divisional, and Ward/Department Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
• To be a team player supporting patients and the team.
• To have a holistic approach to the delivery of nursing care.
