About The Role
The Stock & Replenishment Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the efficient running of the OnSite. Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this role bridges operational execution and leadership by managing day-to-day tasks while also stepping up to cover for the Customer Operations Manager during their absence.

About The Role
The Stock & Replenishment Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the efficient running of the OnSite. - Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Customer Operations Manager, including attending engineering meetings with the customer

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role
- Experience in the MRO, engineering, or supply chain sectors is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
- Understanding of health and safety requirements
- Supervisory/ Team Leader Experience is advantageous
- Relationship building
- Problem solving
