Stock Condition Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for multiple Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary contract in the following locations – Barking & Dagenham (12 months), West London (12 months), Midlands - Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry areas (12 months). The client is also looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor for a 3-month contract in Wiltshire.

The position is due to start immediately on a part-time basis. The per-survey rate is as follows:

House - £25 UMB/LTD, Flat - £20 UMB/LTD, Block - £25 UMB/LTD

Wiltshire patch: House EPC- £49 UMB/LTD, Flat EPC - £45 UMB/LTD

The ideal candidate will have prior experience completing stock condition surveys and will have access to car.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

· Carrying out stock condition surveys across residential property portfolios

· Assessing condition, lifespan and compliance of building elements

· Identifying defects, disrepair and health & safety risks

· Recording survey data accurately using digital systems

· Supporting asset management and lifecycle planning strategies

Experience required:

· Previous stock condition experience

· Access to a car

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

· Domestic Energy Assement (Wiltshire only)

Working schedule:

· 30+ surveys per week
