Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Plymouth for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include maintaining a customer-focused environment, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, supervising inventory management, and providing leadership to a retail team. The Store Manager will also be expected to track sales performance, manage operational tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for all shoppers
- Proficiency in Communication, with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations and sales performance
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to safeguard inventory and prevent shrinkage
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in retail, preferably in tiles or home improvement, is desirable
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- Availability to work on-site in Plymouth
