Description
We’re looking for an energetic, people focused store manager to lead our Axminster High Street store. Open Tuesday-Saturday, our store operates with a small team of one optometrist and two optical assistants. Following a period of soft growth, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for a store manager who excels at motivating teams, improving retail performance, and turning potential into consistent commercial success.
With strong leadership, there is significant opportunity to regularly achieve bonus. As our store manager, you’ll drive customer service standards, develop commercial awareness, and set clear expectations to deliver key performance indicators. You’ll work hands on with the team, bringing high energy and professionalism to the shop floor while identifying growth opportunities and implementing simple, effective improvement plans. You’ll also create a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork and continuous development.
