This is a full-time, on-site role for a Storesperson / Van Driver located in Hinckley. The role includes managing inventory in the warehouse, preparing and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring stock is organized, and assisting with deliveries to customers' premises or sites. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, upholding health and safety standards, and providing excellent customer service during interactions. The role also involves vehicle upkeep and ensuring compliance with safe driving practices.
- Experience in stock organization, inventory management, and attention to detail
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently, with a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to adhering to health, safety, and compliance guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment as well as independently
- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of electrical products is an advantage
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning new skills and processes
