About You
- Minimum of 4 years medical device sales experience.
- Degree or equivalent level education-MSc desirable
- Sales Management (or equivalent) in the medical devices industry-Desired but not essential.
- Solid understanding and experience of working in the UK procurement landscape.
- Proven successful sales track record.
- Strong negotiation skills with procurement and budget holders.
- Experience in navigating a complex selling environment.
- Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders as part of a solution-based sales approach.
- Ability to form lasting customer relationships across a broad section of healthcare professionals, and their management.
