  • Navigate through massive, messy datasets using Google Sheets and Tableau to identify hidden performance gaps in merchant reliability, such as cancellations and fulfillment Quality of Service.
  • Scale the impact of the Account Management team by designing repeatable reporting frameworks and documentation templates that automate routine insights and allow for high-velocity decision-making.
  • Lead strategic conversations with both internal stakeholders and external merchant partners, turning raw data into compelling, actionable recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.
  • Solve complex operational challenges at the intersection of digital systems and real-world logistics, ensuring that merchant growth plans are rooted in the reality of our marketplace dynamics.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for writing and editing queries.
  • Experience working in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations or Analytics roles.
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and dashboards.
  • Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting data and insights.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in grocery, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
    • Ability to present data in a visually clear and compelling way.
    • Familiarity with Uber's business model and performance metrics.
    • Experience building growth plans or performance strategies using insights.
