About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to grow, manage, and nurture partnerships with influential Multi Academy Trusts and education networks. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will understand customer needs and align innovative solutions to support their goals, while identifying new opportunities to build impactful, long-term collaborations. This role is central to strengthening our presence in the education sector and delivering meaningful value to our clients.


You will take ownership of key accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as the primary point of contact. Through regular engagement, strategic planning, and tailored account management, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, exceed revenue targets, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our products through effective training and support. Working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnership Managers and Sales Effectiveness, you will help deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.


Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and maintain high retention rates across your accounts. You will champion the customer voice internally, contribute success stories, and monitor performance through clear reporting and insights. With a strong focus on engagement, product adoption, and proactive issue resolution, you will play a key role in driving both client success and business growth.


This is a fully remote position based in the UK and requires national travel and trips to the office up to 4 times a month.


About You


  • Awareness of current educational trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with account management strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. With the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills are desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Any relevant certifications in sales, account management, or education technology are desirable.
