Role & Company Overview
Our client, A technology provider helping organisations streamline procurement and financial processes, improve visibility, and support smarter decision-making, are looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy and growth for their B2B products. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define roadmaps, launch features, and deliver solutions that drive customer value and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiation.
- Develop 12-month strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes and prioritisation rationale.
- Maintain and share product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Translate strategic initiatives into quarterly and sprint-level plans with success metrics.
- Prioritise features using frameworks like RICE, Value vs. Effort, and Jobs to Be Done.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation.
- Experience managing multiple products or product portfolios.
- Demonstrated success with mid-market customers, focusing on retention and growth.
- Proficient in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, Productboard, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and generating insights.
- Familiarity with product analytics, user research methods, and experimentation frameworks.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 2 days per week from their offices in Reading.
