- Strong data visualisation expertise, creating clear dashboards and storytelling that support executive decision-making.
- Experience developing workforce models, scenarios, and capacity planning frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
