Salary: c£45,000 - £52,500 Dependant on experience

The Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Subsidiaries Assistant Company Secretary to join our Corporate Services team. Applicants must hold an ICSA qualification, or be part-qualified, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
Reporting to the Deputy Company Secretary and accountable to the Company Secretary / Director of Legal, this role will play a key part in supporting the governance and statutory compliance of our subsidiary companies connected to the charity and hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Company Secretary, Executive Team and Boards to ensure subsidiary businesses operate in accordance with their governing documents, company law, charity law and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an ICSA qualified or part-qualified governance professional with strong board support experience to contribute within a complex and purpose-driven healthcare environment
