Your Role

EF (Education First) London International Language Campus is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026.

In this role, you will organize and lead activities, events and excursions, creating an unforgettable experience for international students.

Position Details

Part-time
Flexible hours, 7 days a week
Typically 10-25 hours per week
Summer contract starting in June 2026 (with potential to start as early as April/May)

Every day is different – from city trips, to themed parties and evening socials. You’ll play a key part in helping students feel welcome, confident and connected, while also developing your own leadership and communication skills in a fun and multicultural environment. It’s a highly rewarding role that allows you to make a real impact on students’ lives while enjoying a memorable and fulfilling summer yourself.

Responsibilities

Leads groups of international students on a variety of activities, events, and excursions
Creates a lively atmosphere throughout the school and during excursions, all while delivering excellent customer service

Helps students break cultural barriers and build friendships by facilitating activities that get them speaking English, sharing their cultures and learning from one another

Takes responsibility for health, safety and well-being of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and procedures

Liaises with co-leaders, Activities and Events Coordinator & Manager to discuss how to improve future activities, events, and day trips

Ensures the EF behaviour code is always followed by all students and informs the management immediately if there are any issues or problems

Requirements

Highly motivated, energetic and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
Confident in leading and managing groups of adult students and under 18 students (16-17 years old).
Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
Customer service mindset
Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitive to the needs of international students
A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
Is a trained First Aider (preferable but not essential)
All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment
