We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join a busy manufacturing environment, supporting supplier performance, quality improvements, and operational delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build strong supplier relationships, drive problem resolution, and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier non-conformances, containment actions, and resolutions
- Drive supplier improvements and corrective actions
- Support concessions and engineering change requests
- Conduct regular supplier reviews and site visits
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Laboratory teams
- Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure quality issues are resolved to support on-time production delivery
🔹 What We're Looking For
- Supplier Quality Engineering experience within manufacturing or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Experience managing supplier performance and quality issues
- Proven root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of issues
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
