  • Oversee the onboarding of new e‑commerce customers, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Develop scalable processes to support ongoing and future customer onboarding.
  • Lead e-commerce supply chain reporting, forecasting and analytics across all business channels, sharing insights with customer collaboration, planning, commercial and logistics teams.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve availability and enhance agility across digital supply chains.
  • Proactively manage supply to respond to fluctuating demand patterns (e.g., peak periods, Prime Day).
  • Lead cost‑efficiency and simplification initiatives while protecting the consumer experience.

  • Your Profile

    • Demonstrated experience in supply chain roles, ideally within an e‑commerce or omnichannel environment.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
    • Proficiency in data interpretation and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Amazon Retail Analytics).
    • Strong understanding of e‑commerce supply chain models and associated KPIs.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
