Were looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team in Corby on a part-time or Full time basis. In this rewarding role, youll support four adults aged 40late 70s with learning disabilities to live happy, independent lives.
No two days are the same. You might be helping someone with daily routines, personal care, medication, or mobility support, or enjoying activities together such as arts and crafts, cinema trips, meals out, watching films, or supporting appointments.
What Youll Be Doing
Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
Assisting with mobility needs including wheelchairs and hoisting
Supporting people to enjoy social activities and community outings

Sleep-ins required at least one per week

7:15am 2:15pm
7:30am 2:30pm
2:30pm 9:30pm
During core hours youll work alongside three staff members, and two staff overnight, ensuring a supportive environment for both colleagues and the people we support.
