brand-new residential care home opening in 2025. Nestled in the heart of Newport, Summerhill Avenue will provide high-quality accommodation and support for up to
12 adults with
Acquired Brain Injuries and
Neurological Conditions. As a new service, we are setting the standard for compassionate, personalized care, and creating an environment where residents can thrive, develop, and lead fulfilling lives.

About The Role
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our new team and help us build a community based on care, respect, and empowerment. As a Support Worker, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be a part of something special from the very beginning—helping individuals regain independence and live life to the fullest. Your role will have a direct impact on creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including
- Support residents in maintaining and developing independence through daily activities and encouraging personal growth.
- Promote engagement in hobbies, interests, and life skills development, such as budgeting, shopping, and paying bills.
- Assist with healthcare needs, including accompanying residents to medical appointments and supporting with medication administration.
