Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting residents with a variety of activities-such as shopping, attending appointments, household tasks, and medication administration. Many of the people you will support have complex needs, including behaviours that challenge, requiring patience, empathy, and a commitment to person-centred care.

This role is about far more than delivering personal care. You will play an essential part in building trusting relationships, encouraging independence, and promoting positive life experiences. Using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), you will help residents make choices, develop skills, and feel valued as individuals. Every day will offer an opportunity to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, patient, and trustworthy nature
  • Friendly communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • A genuine passion for helping others and improving quality of life
  • Reliability, positivity, and a team-focused attitude
  • No previous experience is required-full training is provided through our Careline Academy

If you are compassionate, open-minded, and ready to make a meaningful difference, we would love to hear from you!
