About The Role

Travel: UK‑wide travel to depots, customer sites & supply chain locations

Join us in leading the future of Survey Services and Digital Asset Solutions within ATS Site Services. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape growth, drive innovation, and maximise value across two expanding business streams — while playing an influential part in the ATS Senior Leadership Team

You will oversee the Survey Services and Survey & Digital Assets business areas, driving performance, profitability, and long‑term success. This role blends operational leadership, commercial management, customer engagement, and the development of new digital opportunities such as drone services, equipment logistics, and emerging technologies.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and enabling functions to deliver an ambitious three‑year strategy that improves efficiency, reduces leakage, and grows market presence.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, manage and grow the Survey Services and Survey & Digital Assets business streams
• Develop new activity areas, revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships

Deliver a clear long‑term strategy aligned to budget and the ATS 3‑year plan

Reduce business leakage through strong internal relationships and commercial governance

Collaborate with Survey & Engineering stakeholders, including TEPMP

Work closely with related business areas (TSS, Modular, Mobilisation Hub) to maximise synergy

Partner with enabling functions (HSW, Procurement, Finance) to navigate challenges and deliver strategic goals

Achieve agreed Budget and Forecast targets year‑on‑year

Prepare and lead key business activities including BURs, forecasts, monthly accounts, stage‑gate reviews

Represent and promote the business to internal and external customers

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and local accreditations

Conduct HSWQ site visits, produce reports and ensure actions are completed

Who we're looking for

We’re Looking For Someone Who Can Demonstrate

• Strong leadership in a technical, engineering, survey or digital solutions environment
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts and commercial governance
• Proven ability to grow business streams, develop strategy and lead change

Strong understanding of survey services, digital assets, or related technical fields

Experience working with enabling functions (HSW, Procurement, Finance)

Ability to influence at senior levels and lead cross‑functional teams

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and compliance‑driven environments

Experience preparing reports, business reviews and presenting to internal/external clients
