Required Skills & Experience
- 7-8 years of experience in Sustainability / ESG / CSR, with a strong S\&G specialization.
- 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Experience working in pharmaceuticals or life sciences is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ESG data, reporting tools, audit processes, and dashboards preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
Good to have skills
- Knowledge of global ESG frameworks, especially Social & Governance standards applicable to pharma
- Translate regulatory and reporting requirements into system and data requirements for technology teams.
- Knowledge of clinical trial ethics, pharmacovigilance, or supply chain transparency.
- Experience with ESG technology solutions (e.g., Workiva, SAP etc).
