We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Systemic Service Lead to join our Children and Families service area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and embedding systemic practice and fulfilling the role of Principal Social Worker across Family Help and children’s social care. You will manage the delivery of systemic ideas and practices with service users, colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in embedding systemic thinking and work across the organisation, ensuring cohesion with other modalities identified in the practice framework.
- Report on the progress of a consistent, overarching systemic practice model of service delivery.
- Establish a systemic practice training pathway.
- Provide systemic practice supervision, coaching, and teaching across Family Help and children’s social care.
- Support the development of professional relationships around systemic practice in the city.
- Provide leadership and quality assurance of practice standards across children’s services.
Qualifications
- Social Work Degree
- UKCP accredited Family & Systemic Psychotherapist.
- MSC qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy.
Experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing services for children, young people, and families.
- Experience in delivering teaching and training in systemic practice.
- Clinical leadership experience in services undergoing transformation or improvement.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £65,222 - £73,834. The
starting salary is £65,222 with annual progression through the salary bands.
