The Role
We’re looking for a Systems and Change Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile system and change initiatives across The Alan Turing Institute, helping to drive meaningful improvements to processes, systems, and ways of working. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Change Manager, this role will manage a portfolio of system-related projects, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, disciplined delivery, and successful adoption across the organisation. The postholder will play a key role in embedding structured change management approaches, coordinating resources, managing risks, working with external suppliers, and supporting continuous improvement and organisation-wide transformation in line with strategic priorities.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in system project management and change delivery, with the confidence to manage stakeholders across different levels and disciplines while communicating clearly and concisely. They will be highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to break down complex challenges, prioritise effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles, good working knowledge of GDPR, and a track record of making evidence-based recommendations that improve processes and ways of working. A project management qualification is essential and experience supporting organisation-wide transformation would be a real advantage.
