We are looking for two Systems Developers to join the IT and Business Change team at our Oldham office. These positions are full‑time (35 hours per week), permanent and offer hybrid working.
About the role
The purpose of the role is to design, develop, and maintain IT systems that support both business-as-usual IT services, and the Change Portfolio required to deliver both business and operational plans.
You will be responsible for producing functional specifications, configuring and developing code, conducting unit testing, and documenting system designs (including supporting configuration). You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Architects to shape solution options, ensuring that all developments align with a coherent overarching solution design and deliver the intended business outcomes.
