What you’ll be doing
TA Program Ownership & Delivery
- Own and deliver the most critical TA programs end-to-end, from problem definition to adoption and measurable impact
- Define success metrics aligned to TA and leadership priorities
- Ensure initiatives drive sustained impact beyond launch (such as interview quality, hiring excellence, and referral programs)
- Define standards for high-quality interviewing at Preply
- Own interviewer capability frameworks and training
- Improve interview signal and consistency using data and AI-enabled insights
- Own TA onboarding (30–60–90) for recruiters and coordinators
- Define and evolve continuous TA upskilling across tools, AI, and craft
- Maintain clear, scalable documentation and enablement assets
- Own end-to-end interview operations and scheduling at scale
- Line manage and develop TA Coordinators
- Ensure strong capacity planning, SLAs, and experience
- Own TA tooling ecosystem and vendor relationships, such as Asbhy, Metaview and LinkedIn
- Own TA dashboards, reporting cadence, and forecasting
- Surface risks, trade-offs, and insights to inform prioritisation
- Enable faster, better leadership decision-making
- Act as a trusted thought partner to TA Leadership, People, and Finance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment
- Represent TA Ops with credibility at senior level
- 7+ years of experience in TA Operations, Talent Programs, Recruiting Enablement, or People Operations
- Proven experience owning complex initiatives with sustained impact
- Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes and introducing automation or tooling that improves efficiency and impact.
- Strong systems, data, and tooling expertise within Talent Acquisition
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring clarity to ambiguity
