Salary Package: £31,510.25

Job Location: Nationwide (any regional office)

Fixed-term contract until 13 March 2026

Our People department sits within the People and Governance directorate and delivers our people strategy while providing colleagues with a positive working experience. The department is split into two teams; People Operations and People Partnering and Development. Together we

manage all aspects of the employee life cycle ensuring we recruit the right people and then develop and support them to contribute to the success of our organisation.


Our Talent Acquisition team manage approximately 250 vacancies a year. And we need a fantastic Talent Acquisition Adviser to ensure we are attracting and hiring the best candidates for the organisation.


  • Are you an experienced recruiter from an in-house or agency setting?
  • Are you great at Stakeholder Management, and can you build and leverage strong working relationships at all levels, as well as use your knowledge and expertise to support decision making?
  • Are you focused on providing a high-quality candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle?
  • Do you have brilliant prioritisation and time management capabilities, and can you effectively manage your workload, and quickly respond to shifting priorities?
  • Can you take ownership of your work and deliver results in a fast-paced environment?
  • Are you a brilliant problem solver who devises innovative solutions that drive process improvement?
