Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are the in-house Talent Acquisition team of an award winning, publicly listed, high growth global management consultancy. We believe that our Brand attracts talent, and it is our People and Culture that uniquely inspire the right candidates to join our business and enjoy successful careers with us. We are responsible for the recruitment of all roles at all grades across our group companies, interviewing candidates from a variety of backgrounds, in different geographies and industries. As a small team of 4 we trust each other to make things happen. We are embedded in the business, building exceptional relationships with the Partners and Principals growing our firm. We partner with our preferred panel of suppliers and are proactive about originating our own candidates in the market.

Establishing partnerships with universities and student bodies who are the educational breeding ground for our varied candidates

Planning and attending various Career Fairs, where as part of our team, you will represent our business directly to our student audience

Working with our brilliant in-house Marketing team to maintain the latest appropriate content to attract and inform your target audience across our digital channels

Managing our on-going intern and work experience programs throughout the year, working with our resourcing team to ensure effective and productive experiences

Working with the business to develop and write compelling job adverts and case studies for candidate interviews

Owning the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring it champions our brand

Managing an exceptional, polished experience for candidates and third parties using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system

Communicating with everyone involved in recruitment to always ensure expectations are correctly managed, with no surprises
