We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the People team in London. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-potential graduate and experienced recruitment consultants who will drive the continued growth of Levin’s specialist brands.
This is a hands-on role working closely with Brand Leads and hiring managers, owning recruitment processes end-to-end while helping shape how Levin attracts, assesses, and hires top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Leads and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across Levin’s London brands
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding
- Proactively source and engage high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Build strong talent pipelines for both graduate and experienced recruitment consultants
- Assess candidates for commercial potential, resilience, and cultural alignment within a high-performance environment
- Track recruitment pipeline activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion and hiring efficiency
- Deliver a structured, high-quality candidate experience from first interaction through to onboarding
- Work with the People team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and hiring strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Agency Recruitment, or R2R
