Xeinadin is a leading professional services firm at the early stages of a transformation process that will solidify our place as a leading place to work. As part of our central functions, we’re building our Talent Acquisition team, and seeking a creative and consultative Talent Acquisition Partner to oversee recruiting activities in our UK North region.
We’re looking for a curious, relationship-driven individual who can help position Xeinadin EVP, drive direct sourcing activities, and provide unique candidate experiences to build high performing teams. In this role you’ll have wide-ranging responsibilities, owning full-cycle recruitment for the region, managing a junior team, as well as strategic business partnering with our UK North Managing Partner. This person must be a strong relationship builder, operationally efficient and strategically astute, who thrives in a changing environment and enjoys senior stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with managers and leaders in our UK North region throughout hiring processes, acting as a trusted advisor to Partners, Managers and the wider business.
- Collaborating with People Advisory and Operations to ensure compliant levelling and overall robust hiring practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience and/or 2 years have been in a TA Business Partnering role (accounting and/or professional services experience preferred) ideally with some experience in finance or accounting recruitment.
- Discreet with the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced workplace.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- Skilled at attracting passive candidates and building talent pools in both central and remote regions.
- Ability to use insights to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passion for providing excellent service and maintaining high standards.
