About The Role
The Talent Coordination Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of recruitment operations while line managing a team of three Talent Coordinators. This role ensures that recruitment processes run smoothly, candidates have a high-quality experience, and hiring managers are supported throughout the hiring lifecycle.
The role combines operational oversight, people management, and continuous improvement of recruitment coordination processes.

- Line manage and support a team of three Talent Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Allocate workload and ensure effective coverage across recruitment activity.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Provide training and onboarding for new coordinators.
- Oversee interview scheduling and coordination across multiple departments and time zones.
- Ensure smooth candidate journey from application through to offer stage.
- Review and optimise recruitment coordination processes and workflows.
- Ensure accurate use of ATS and recruitment tools.
- Maintain consistent documentation and recruitment records.
- Monitor key coordination metrics such as scheduling turnaround times and candidate feedback.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure efficient hiring processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for coordination issues or scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate updates and improvements to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices for recruitment coordination and interview logistics.
- Support projects related to hiring process improvements or scaling recruitment operations.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent operations, or HR operations.
