Description

About the Role

As Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing the talent that powers our business. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to build high-quality pipelines, provide market intelligence, and ensure we proactively attract exceptional talent across technical, operational, and corporate functions. This is a hands-on, research-driven role requiring deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Boolean search, and innovative sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage high-quality talent across a range of technical, corporate, and specialist roles.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and other sourcing tools to map markets, track talent pools, and provide actionable insights.
  • Build advanced Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and alternative search strategies to find both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening, and talent engagement to create warm, high-potential pipelines. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and design tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Produce market intelligence reports including competitor analysis, talent availability, and salary trends to support hiring strategy.
  • Manage the candidate experience through personalised and thoughtful communication. Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines within our ATS and sourcing platforms. Support broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives to enhance sourcing capability and process efficiency.

  • About you

You are naturally curious, data-driven, and thrive on finding talent that others can’t. You enjoy solving complex hiring challenges and have a passion for research, technology, and building relationships. You bring creativity and strategy to sourcing, always looking for new ways to reach talent in competitive markets.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Researcher, or similar sourcing-focused Talent Acquisition role.
    • EMEA & APAC experience
    • Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (Talent Insights experience strongly preferred).
    • Demonstrated ability to build and execute advanced Boolean and X-ray search strategies.
  • Strong understanding of talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence. Skilled at engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple search projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in people and talent markets.
